With regard to the Credentials emails, Many at times, the Email gets bounced on Top Level Domains.

Just in case if that's the issue, do the Following:

Step 1 - Go to and try to regain your Password from the Forgot Password option as shown below.

You should be able to recover the Password.

Step 2 - Just in case you are still not able to recover your Password, then Please Open a New Support Ticket and Send us your Receipt mentioning that you have not Received your Credentials (Username and Password)

We shall help you retrieve your Password as soon as Possible.
